What are your business hours?
We are open 24 hours, 365 days per year to take your orders and answer your questions! You may place orders via our website or by calling us toll free at 1-877-628-2393.
Our Graphic designers are available Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. EST. Your proofs will be emailed to you during these hours, within 24-hours from receiving your order. If you place an order during non-business hours, your proof will be routed to the designer the next business day. (Friday orders past 4pm will not receive their proof until Monday. Occasionally we have designers who will work on weekends or work late, so you may receive your proof during the weekend, however this is not guaranteed.) |
What are my shipping costs going to be? Shipping costs vary and are based on two factors: cost of item and shipping time. Under every invitation you will see a section for shipping. Here you will select the correct shipping for your item (i.e. for 15 invitations you will select 10-39 invitations option) and then you will select the transit time (i.e. 5-12 business days or 2-3 business days or 1-2 business days). The drop downs under each item are clearly marked with options and prices for each item. |
When will I receive my order? When we receive a new order, it goes to the graphic design department and then a proof of your invitation is generated and emailed to you within 24-hours (M-F). You will need to confirm the proof to have it go into production. If you need changes to the proof, you will need to email us back with the changes (or call our phone number) so that we may correct your invitation. We will then email another proof for confirmation. All orders MUST have an emailed confirmation of approval. *We do not accept approvals for print over the telephone ~ please email us so we have a written copy that the proof is ready for production.*
Production: Typically orders take about 3-4 days to manufacture and then they are shipped using the service you selected at checkout. We offer economy (5-12 business days), Priority (2-3 business days) and Expedited (1-2 days) shipping on EVERY order. Shipping times do not include production time, however selecting EXPRESS shipping will also put your order into rush manufacturing, typically 1-2 days.

How do I receive my proof? We will email you a proof within 24-hours (M-F) of receipt of order. Your proof will come from email (allpetscherished (@) gmail.com) so please check spam folders or make sure your message filters will allow this email address to come through with an attachment. You will receive a low-resolution graphic picture of your invitation with your information you provided us. Please carefully review all of the information that was entered, double-checking for spelling errors, times, dates, locations, first names, last names and street addresses. This is also the opportunity to review any specific color changes or requests you may have made at time of order (i.e. if you wanted a different hair color on a person etc...)

What do I do when I receive my proof? If you need changes to the proof ---> Email us back with the corrections. We will correct and send back another proof for you to confirm. All approvals must be received, via email, before the invitation will go into production. If your proof looks good and you approve --- > Email us back and tell us just that! "Approved, looks ready for print!" (or something similar) and we will send your order into production. At this point, no other changes can be made once your item goes into production! Please make sure all information is correct and accurate. |
How do I check my order status? We will update the website at any point that your order status changes. You may access the website at any time by clicking "Log In" in the top left corner of the screen and using your username and password that you created when you signed up for an account. Then click the "My Account" tab at the top left corner. You will see your recent orders and can click the "VIEW" button to access the order. We will provide order status and any comments about your order in this area. |
How do I check my order tracking? Depending on what method of shipping you selected at time of checkout, not all orders have tracking available. We offer an "economy" shipping which does not have any tracking information, we can only update you that your order has shipped. Priority, UPS and Express shipping all have tracking numbers which we will post on the website with a link to the tracking via the mail carrier's website (USPS or UPS.) We do not do any third-party billing or COD shipping. We do not use fed-ex for shipping, and cannot use your accounts. |
Do you offer combined shipping or discounts? We offer discounts on invitations based on the number you of invitations you purchase. On every invitation page, we have the cost listed based on the amount of invitations you would like to buy. The cost per invitation decreases for the more that you purchase. The price includes the cost of us designing your invitation for you. All of our invitations are also available on Zazzle. Our prices are competitive with Zazzle, however we do not honor the same pricing because invitations placed on our website will receive the full-service of a graphic designer creating the invitation with your information. When you purchase from Zazzle, you will need to enter your information, select the fonts, move them around and create your own invitation, which is more of a "self-service" site.
The shipping costs are based on the items you choose. Often, we ship items separately or they are shipped from separate locations as we utilize different printing methods for different items. Therefore, at the bottom of every item description is a drop down menu for shipping costs based on that particular item, with various shipping speeds and costs based on your time needs and budget.

Do you have matching items available? Yes, we can make thank you notes, return address labels, advice cards, favor stickers, envelope seals, book mark favors, candy nugget labels, kiss stickers, water bottle labels, RSVP cards, registry cards, favor tags, art prints, scrapbook keepsake prints, book binders, clocks, mugs, and T-shirts to coordinate with the invitations.

What size are the invitations? - We have different size invitations that you can choose from
Vertical 4.25 inches x 5.5 inches and horizontal 5.5 inches x 4.25 inches - Vertical 5 inches x 7 inches and horizontal 7 inches x 5 inches
- Vertical 4 inches x 9 inches and horizontal 9 inches x 4 inches
- We also offer 5 inches x 5 inches --** however the "square" invitations cost .64¢ postage to mail. The post office states that they are too small to be automated in the machines, therefore they charge additional funds to hand sort the square invitations.*
- Photo invitations are 4" x 8" and 8" x 4"
- Folded note cards are 4.56" x 5.5"

Are envelopes included? Yes. Every invitation comes with one blank white envelope in the size appropriate for the inviation. The only item that does not include envelopes are the "postcard" invitations. These are actual postcards that you put a stamp on, address and mail (they cost less to mail too!) |
Can I get colored envelopes? At this time, we are not offering colored envelopes with our invitations. If this is something that would be extremely important to you, please let us know! If we get enough requests, we will consider offering colored envelopes with our invitations in the future. |
Can you make a custom design for me? We are always looking for new ideas and creating new items! If you have an idea for an invitation, please submit it to use via email and we will forward it to the design department. Our hourly rate for graphic design is $25.00 per hour, but we typically have many designs already available and work very fast! This charge would be in addition to your order for merchandise, and we reserve the right to sell the finished product and add to our catalogue. (*Your personalized information will be changed to protect your identity). Custom creations can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks depending on our schedule. |
Can I get a birthday invitation made into a baby shower invitation? (or vice-versa?)
Absolutely! Personalization is what we are all about. ANY invitation that you see for ANY occasion can be made into a baby shower invitation, birthday invitation, adult party invitation, bachelorette party invitation, bridal shower invitation, graduation party, holiday party etc.... We do not have limitations on what we can do with our graphics and so we can provide you with amazing results with one-on-one service that you deserve! *We do not charge extra to change hair color, border color, or the color of a graphic. (i.e. can you make the brown monkey pink?). However, if you would like an invitation to be completely changed (i.e. can you make the dot border stripe, change the color, add a cupcake, put the number 1 and eliminate all the other graphics?), then we would be creating a new design for you, and this would be our $25/per/hour graphic designer charge. |
How do I specify custom requests on an order? Below every invitation description will be a "personalization" dialogue box where you can enter your personalization information. You may also add any specific requests (i.e. can the border color be blue?) in this box. You will have the opportunity to review your request when the proof is emailed to you and make any changes accordingly. |
Can I speak the the graphic design department or my designer personally?
At this time, you may speak to our service department by calling 877-628-2393, however our graphic artists are not available via telephone. You may email us or leave a message with our staff regarding any questions, issues or concerns and they can have the graphics department get in touch with you via email. |
Can I change the font?
Yes, we can change the font on the invitations if you let us know the name of the font you would like to use. We do not have a "font list" online at this time. |
Can I use my own wording or different wording? Yes, we encourage you to use your own words to make these as personalized as you wish. If the designer feels the invitation is "too wordy" you will be notified and asked to limit the wording. What kind of printing methods do you use? All of our invitations are printed using a digital print press with HP 4-color process indigo inks with vibrant, consistent color. All invitations are sprayed with a coating which gives them a gloss-coated look, and protects them from bending. There are no flimsy invitations here! |
What type of paper stock do you use?
We use 110-cover stock weight paper, which is thicker than 110-lb index stock. The final product is a professional piece you will be proud to share with your guests! |
What is the finish on the invitations? At present, our invitations have a glossy finish. |
What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards for payment. We also accept Paypal. |
Our rewards program - Earn $$ off your next purchase! Everytime you shop you earn money off your next purchase! You do not need to sign up for this program. It is automatically applied at time of purchase. For every $1.00 you spend at our store, you earn 1 point. Each point is worth 5¢. Your points can add up very quickly and you can choose when you would like to redeem them. We do not require that you spend a minimum amount the following purchase in order to use them. To apply your reward points to your next order: At the final checkout screen, you will have a checkbox option that says, "You have ___ reward points available to redeem.
