Summer is our busy season and also our time to spend with our kiddos and friends! Business hours flex daily depending on our schedule for digital items. For printed items, the press operates M-F 9-5. We will do our best to get your order to you in a timely manner! Please make sure to send us an email if you a have an order that needs expediting. Thank you!
For Digital (JPG) Items only:
- Single item invitations - receive file in 24-48 hours
- Party Package - receive file in 48-72 hours
For Printed Invitations only:
- Receive PROOF only 48-72 hours after order
- Receive entire printed order within 10-business days after confirming the proof
- Invitations always take 2-days production time (plus shipping time)
- Production time does not include ANY weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Fridays will not ship until Monday, even with express.
- Any additional items ordered with invitations may ship separate and at a later date. Invitations will always ship first.
- Express shipping is $19.95 - $25.95 which will speed up shipping but not production time.
