Shipping Information:
We ship out our orders within 4-business days from order date, except items that require a proof approval (birthday invitations, baby shower invitations or custom request items.) All invitations require a proof to be confirmed by you before they will be sent out. Once confirmed, the invitations will ship out within 4-business days or less. Business days are Monday - Friday. We use USPS First class mail (2-9 days) for orders totaling less than $20.00, and Priority mail (2-3 days guaranteed) for all orders above $20. Wall clocks are shipped via USPS or UPS and shipping time varys depending on location. Most wall clock orders are received in 7-10 business days.
* We cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages if the additional USPS insurance was not purchased. Customers have the option to purchase the insurance on the final screen of checkout.*
For larger orders, we reserve the right to split your order into separate shipments and mail at different times. We also work with several different designers, and you order may ship from different parts of the country, which will mean different shipping times. For example, if you order invitations, thank you notes, water bottle labels, advice cards and candy bar nugget wrappers, we may ship the invitations and thank you notes in one order, and ship the rest of the order separate using a slower-shipping method. We always make sure your invitations are shipped first, and in the case of Express orders, we will ship your invitations via Express and may ship the rest of the order via 3-day service. Each order will vary to your specific order, and if you have any concerns or requests, please contact us.
International Orders:
We will ship internationally, however additional funds may be required after time of checkout for international shipments. We ship all orders via USPS Priority mail. Your package will take anywhere from 7 - 30 days to receive. We cannot be responsible for delayed, lost or damaged packages when shipping internationally. Your purchase means you agree to these terms.
Rush Order Service: |
We offer a "Rush Service" for Baby shower invitations, birthday invitations and baby items. This does not apply to wall clocks. Our Rush service is a rush-fee plus upgrade to USPS overnight shipping. We will email your proof within 24-hours and ship the next business day on rush orders. The fee for this service is an additional $26.95 plus regular shipping charges. Rush orders that are received on Friday will not be shipped until Monday and received by the customer on Tuesday. *Please note: A signature is required to accept an Express package. This is the post office's policy, not ours, so you must make sure that someone will be available to sign for your package or contact your local post office to make arrangements for pick up or delivery.
Please note that USPS Express service is sometimes 2-day in some areas. You will need to go to the USPS website to determine if your location is 1-day or 2-day, or discuss with your local post office. Express mail does not deliver on Saturdays, so if your order is shipped on Friday, you will not receive until Monday.
For our PREMIUM invitations, we offer a rush-service, however, we pay a rush service to have your order printed for us, then we get it rushed to us, and then rushed to you (our customer). Therefore, this service will take an additional 2-3 days, as we have to send out and have sent back to us, before we can send back out to you. The entire process still only takes less than a week.

We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products and stand behind every single item. However, we are human, and occasionally there may be an error on our part. Our return policy is based on the items that you have ordered.
For personalized Invitations, Thank you notes, Advice Cards, Water Bottle Labels, Stickers, Favor Tags, Candy Bar wrappers, Greeting Cards and Note cards (any personalized item) the return policy is:
If we mess up and the error is OUR fault, we will quickly replace the item(s) for you at no charge. Please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. You must contact us within 7-days of receipt of the item in order for us to replace. Because our items are personalized, and made JUST FOR YOU, we cannot accept returns and the purchase is final. Please read all descriptions before making a purchase (size, paper quality etc...) and proof read your proof several times reviewing for accuracy before sending back an approval for print.
For items such as Art Prints (non-personalized), Wall Clocks, Pet Gifts and Diaper Cakes:
If you decide you do not want your purchase and decide to return it, we must receive the item(s) back in NEW ORIGINAL CONDITION. For example, we just receive back with original packaging, not damaged, exactly as you received it. When shipping back to us, be sure to carefully repackage appropriately so no damage will occur when routing back to us. We will refund your price of the product* once the items are received to us back in new condition. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs back to us for a return. (**original shipping costs are non-refundable and in many cases a 15-25% restocking fee will apply). Sorry, no returns on "PERSONALIZED" items.) Prior to returning, please contact us for return a return merchandise authorization.
If you decide to cancel out on your order after the proof has been made but not put into production, we will refund your order less a $5.00 proof fee, as we have spent time creating your personalized item just for you.. If the proof has been already placed into production, the refund policy will be void, as there are no returns on personalized items. Your item will be sent to you as ordered and funds will remain unchanged.
Wall Clocks are mailed directly from the manufacturer. Please contact if you have any problems with your clock's operation, within 14-days of purchase.
