Shipping & Returns

All products are shipped using standard shipping methods, unless an express method is selected.

Invitation Shipping Speeds:

All invitations are shipped within 3-business days after proof approval. We must have an email confirmation from you that the proof has been received and confirmed for print before processing of your invitations begins. Once the proof is approved, they go into "production", which takes 1-2 days. For faster shipment of invitations, you may add an "express shipping" to your order for an additional fee. We will then ship your invitations via Fed Ex or UPS 1-day service.

Additional items ordered with invitations:

Items such as thank you cards, return address labels, envelope seals, and candy wrappers may be purchased with invitations to receive best pricing. They may, however, ship separate from the invitations, as some items are manufactured in different facilities. In most cases, items such as return labels and envelope seals will arrive close to your invitation delivery date so that you may use the entire ensemble for your mailing. Items needed closer to the shower date (party favors, thank you notes etc...) may be delivered after the invitations have arrived.

Art Prints:

We use USPS for all art prints shipped with no tracking. Production time is 1-2 days with 4-5 day delivery.

Clocks:

We use USPS Priority for all clocks with tracking. Production time is 1-2 days with 3-day shipping. Only black frame clocks are available for international customers ordered via our Cafepress store.
